Joe Fantuzzi
President and Chief Executive Officer

Joe drives the company's overall business direction, strategy, and execution. He reports to the Agiliance® Board of Directors. He is an expert in creating high-growth, venture-backed businesses in emerging technology markets, and has helped building over $3 billion in market valuation as an executive for industry leading companies throughout his career.

Bringing 25 years of software experience to Agiliance, Joe was CEO at Workshare™ (security software) for nearly 5 years, growing new sales by 400% and customers from 3,500 to 11,000, including 62% of the Fortune 1000, establishing a household name in the content security space. Previous to Workshare, Joe was CEO at Liquid Engines&trade (financial management software), now a division of Thomson Reuters™ (TRI). Here he created a strategic cash and tax planning solution for global enterprises. Prior, Joe was co-founder and CEO at NetDialog™ (software-as-a-service-based Customer Relationship Management), and sold it to KANA™ for $100 million in 1999. Prior to NetDialog, he was General Manager at Autodesk® (ADSK) Discreet™ (3-D graphics software), growing that business unit market share from 20% to 65% over 3 years. Joe was also Vice President of Worldwide Marketing at Macromedia® (ADBE) from inception, to private-private merger, through its public offering, and Director of International Sales and Marketing at Interleaf™ (BVSN), then Inc's 7th fastest growing company in America.

Joe holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Tufts University in Boston, MA and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA.

Michael Saintcross
Vice President of Worldwide Sales

Michael is responsible for leading the global sales and pre-sales organizations and growing the company's global customer base as well as driving adoption and retention to create customers for life. Michael brings more than 22 years of high-tech experience and over 16 years of enterprise solution sales experience to Agiliance.

Prior to his promotion to Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Michael served as Agiliance's Director of Sales, covering U.S. Federal government accounts and commercial sales in the South-East region. Before joining Agiliance, Michael served as Federal Sales Manager at Vormetric®, a leading provider of enterprise encryption and key management solutions. Before then, Michael spent seven years at Sun Microsystems® (acquired by Oracle®) in the company's software sales organization. Prior, Michael held a variety of sales positions for Sun-Netscape Alliance promoting the iPlanet™ brand, Interworld™, Sun Microsystems®, Hughes® Network Systems, and AT&T™ Bell Laboratories. Michael started his post-military career as a Network Engineer at the MITRE® Corporation.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland College Park.

Torsten George
Vice President of Worldwide Marketing and Products

Torsten is responsible for driving company growth through branding, public relations, social media, demand generation, go-to-market strategy, and channel marketing activities; as well as leads the company's product marketing and product management efforts. In addition, Torsten oversees the company's inside sales efforts, assuring sufficient lead-to-opportunity flow. Torsten brings close to 18 years of global experience in promoting software (e.g., enterprise applications, security software, and SaaS solutions) and network equipment products to Agiliance.

Prior to joining Agiliance, Torsten was Vice President of Worldwide Marketing at ActivIdentity™ (now part of HID® Global, an ASSA ABLOY™ Group brand), where he redefined the company's product and go-to-market strategy and repositioned the company as the leader in the strong authentication and credential management space. His work led to the acquisition of then publicly-traded ActivIdentity by ASSA ABLOY Group. ActivIdentity initially recruited Torsten to apply his expertise in software-as-a-service and assist in building a new business unit from ground up. Before ActivIdentity, Torsten served nearly six years as Chief Marketing Officer for Digital Link®, a leading network communications equipment vendor. Before his tenure at Digital Link, Torsten was Senior Director of Marketing for Everdream® Corporation (acquired by Dell), a desktop management service provider. Previously, Torsten was Director of International Marketing and Products for a renowned software vendor, where he led the re-launch of the company from a core provider of programming tools for developers to customer relationship management (CRM) software. Torsten started his career as a business consultant at an international consultancy before moving into a product marketing position at an intelligent transportation systems company in Germany.

Torsten holds a Doctorate in Economics, a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Business Strategy, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Law.

Jean-François Dubé
Vice President of Engineering

Jean-François is responsible for managing the global engineering and quality assurance organizations in accordance with the strategic and financial objectives of Agiliance. In addition, he oversees the company's cloud and IT operations across the U.S. and India. Jean-François brings close to 16 years of engineering experience to Agiliance.

Prior to his promotion to Vice President of Engineering, Jean-François served as Agiliance's Senior Director of Engineering and was also part of the company's founding team. Before Agiliance, Jean-François was Software Engineering Manager at Finisar® Corporation, where he worked over four years. There he led a software engineering team that developed and maintained the company's test instrument products for fiber optics and gigabit speed protocols. Previously, Jean-François held software engineering positions with Impresse, Agilient Technologies™, and HP®.

Jean-François holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique de Montréal (University of Montréal). His innovative work as earned him eight patents throughout his career.

Richard Lahey
Senior Director of Technical Services

Richard oversees Agiliance's professional services and customer support organizations worldwide. In his role, he is building, managing, and scaling technical support operations globally; and leading the company's best practice consulting, integration, and training services. Richard brings more than 20 years in technology services experience to Agiliance, including 10 years in executive and leadership roles.

Prior to joining Agiliance, Richard served as Director of U.S. Professional Services for SDL® Tridion™, where he led the company's U.S. client-facing training and software implementation efforts. Before his tenure at SDL Tridion, Richard led account management and customer support at Jacent Technologies. Previously, he was Vice President at Gartner®, leading consulting engagements for clients in the Fortune 500. Richard spent his early career as a software developer, systems integrator, and IT outsourcer at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture™) and EDS® (now part of HP). From EDS he joined USinternetworking™ as an Implementation Consultant, later rising to Regional Director before departing for Gartner.

Richard holds a Master of Science degree in Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (Sloan School of Management) and Bachelor of Arts in History from Stanford University.

Cassandra Ho
Senior Director Finance and Human Resources

Cassandra is responsible for finance and human resources operations at Agiliance.

Prior to joining Agiliance, Cassandra served as controller of ProactiveNet™, a business management software company. At ProactiveNet Cassandra was responsible for daily accounting and all critical financial activities. She also played a key role in the acquisition of the company by BMC Software Inc, serving as a revenue recognition accounting manager after the transaction closed. Before ProactiveNet, Cassandra held various progressive finance and accounting roles with Sun Microsystems® (acquired by Oracle®) and Quester Technology, a semiconductor equipment manufacturer (acquired by Canon™).

Cassandra holds a master of business administration degree in Finance from Golden Gate University, and a bachelor of science degree in Economics from University of California, Davis.

Martin Jaffe
Senior Director of Business Operations

Martin is responsible for driving improvements and efficiency to business operations, including the deployment and optimization of a company-wide CRM system for unified business processes, operational support for the sales and support organizations, business intelligence and data analysis for executive staff, and review of customer, vendor, and partner contracts in collaboration with the company's outside legal counsel. Martin brings more than 20 years of hands-on operational experience with high technology companies to Agiliance.

Prior to joining Agiliance, Martin was consulting with Silicon Valley corporations to streamline their sales operations and set up their CRM systems. Before then, Martin was Director of Sales Operations and Customer Care at Plastic Logic™. At Plastic Logic he planned, implemented, and managed all customer-facing processes and systems to support product ordering, customer service, and customer support. Before then, he was a Sales Planning Consultant at SanDisk® Corporation. Prior to SanDisk, he was Vice President of Sales Operations and Customer Support at ALOHA Networks, leading sales operations, support, and supply chain functions including revenue and margin plans, budgets, price lists, product bundles, and review of all licensing contracts. Prior, Martin worked at a number of technology companies, including eRemote (Co-Founder and CEO), Mitsubishi Electric® Corporation (Assistant Vice President), Radius™ Inc. (Director of Operations and Customer Support), Sun Microsystems® (Director of Worldwide Field Operations), Daisy Systems™ (International Business Manager), Xerox® Corporation (Senior International Business Manager), and Frost & Sullivan (Research and Investment Manager).

Martin holds a Master of Business Administration degree in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Arts in French from University of California, Santa Barbara.
